Tunerr operates an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent tuning dealers. We can be contacted by email at hello@tunerr.com.

Information we collect

We collect information directly from buyers and sellers, including:

• Name and email address when you place an order or contact support
• Account, business, and Stripe Connect onboarding details if you register as a seller
• Payment confirmation details from Stripe (we never store your full card details)

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process orders, generate secure download links, and send purchase confirmations
• Pay sellers their share of each sale via Stripe Connect
• Respond to support enquiries
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Sharing with sellers

When you buy a tune, we share your name and email with the selling dealer so they can provide support for that purchase. Dealers may not use this information for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits. This data stays on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.

Third parties

We share the minimum information necessary with Stripe (to process payments and seller payouts) and Supabase (to host our database and file storage). These providers only use your data to carry out the service we've asked them to perform.
