About Tunerr
Tunerr is a marketplace platform connecting buyers with independent tuning dealers who list and sell ECU flash-file tunes. We are not the manufacturer or author of any tune — dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and quality of the files they list. Contact us at hello@tunerr.com.
Buying a tune
All prices are shown in GBP. Once payment is confirmed you'll receive a secure, time-limited download link by email and on the order confirmation page. A purchase grants you a personal licence to use the tune on the vehicle you purchased it for — you may not resell, redistribute, or share the file.
Selling on Tunerr
Dealers must accurately describe vehicle compatibility, required tools, and required modifications for every listing, and must hold a valid Stripe Connect account in good standing to receive payouts. We take a platform fee from each sale, deducted automatically before payout. We may remove listings or suspend dealer accounts that violate these terms or receive repeated, substantiated complaints.
Vehicle use and liability
Modifying a vehicle's ECU calibration can affect warranty, emissions compliance, insurance, and road-legality depending on your jurisdiction and intended use. You are responsible for checking these before purchasing and flashing any tune. Tunerr and its dealers are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, incompatible hardware, or use outside a closed-course/track environment where applicable.
