Digital goods and your right to cancel
Tune files are supplied as digital content with instant download access. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the normal 14-day right to cancel does not apply once you've started downloading digital content — by completing checkout and clicking "Pay & unlock download" you agree that your download access begins immediately and you lose the right to cancel from that point.
Before you download
If you paid but haven't yet accessed your download link, contact us within 24 hours at hello@tunerr.com and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Faulty or mismatched files
If the file you receive is corrupted, doesn't match the listing (wrong vehicle/ECU), or simply doesn't work, contact us with your order reference. We'll work with the dealer to get you a corrected file, or refund you if the issue can't be resolved.
Compatibility and vehicle damage
You're responsible for confirming a tune is compatible with your exact vehicle, ECU, and any required modifications before flashing it — check the listing's "Tools & software required" and "Required vehicle mods" sections carefully. Tunerris a marketplace connecting buyers and independent dealers; we don't write or verify tune files ourselves.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
